Where is Love Gift Co. located?

We are in Hayward, CA – the heart of the bay area!

All gift boxes ship from CALIFORNIA.

We add a dash of fun to every step of the process! Our delightful gift boxes and Confetti-Cards are lovingly hand-packaged with care. And guess what? They ship directly from sunny California to your lucky recipient! We believe in spreading joy with every package we send. So sit back, relax, and let us take care of delivering a dose of happiness straight to their doorstep!

Can I swap out items?

At the moment the website is not set up to allow items to be swapped out. This is a feature we are working hard to implement in the very near future. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter for updates!

The recipient doesn't have their ears pierced. What can I do if the gift box has earrings?

We offer clip-on earrings as an alternative for recipients that do not have their ears pierced. The styles for the clip-on are limited, but we do our best to pick something that is comparable to what we originally picked for that specific gift box. Please leave a note for us at checkout to let us know that you prefer clip-ons.

Can you create custom gift boxes?

YES! We’d love to help you make some one smile with a customized gift box…or two.

    • Custom boxes take longer to fulfill (not including shipping time) so please reach out to us early
    • No discount codes/coupons can be used for custom boxes
    • Custom boxes may include a small curation fee if we need to source items that we don’t already carry or have in stock

Select the perfect gift box for your recipient and submit your order (YOU ARE AMAZING BTW!).

Saturday orders don't ship until Monday (The Post Office is closed on Sundays)


When your order comes in, we always do a happy dance and then we being packaging your order.

After carefully packaging your gift box, we hand it off to USPS and they do they rest!

What is processing time and how long does it take?

The processing time is the time it takes us to beautifully package your order after your order has been received. Orders are usually handed over to USPS 1 business day after an order is placed. On rare occasions, processing times may take up to 2-3 days (Sundays are not included).

It’s important to factor in this processing time IN ADDITION to the estimated shipping times provided by USPS.

  • Orders placed on Saturday, will NOT ship until Monday (The Post Office is closed on Sundays).
  • Please allow a little extra time around the holidays and after major sales.

How long does shipping take?

At the moment, we offer one shipping option for regular gift boxes and one for mini gift boxes & confetti cards. Regular gift boxes are all automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery, while mini gift boxes & confetti cards are shipped with USPS First Class to keep things pocket-friendly while still delivering smiles. If you require different shipping options, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

We are dedicated to providing you with an outstanding service experience. We’ll put forth every effort to ensure that your order reaches your recipient’s doorstep within the specified delivery times. However, it’s important to keep in mind that there are certain external factors, such as bank holidays, Christmas delays, and the absence of USPS deliveries on Sundays, which may occasionally impact the delivery process. Factors like these are beyond our control. Don’t worry though! We’ll do our very best to navigate these situations and keep you informed.

Why does my tracking say "Not Trackable"?

This is a message we’ve recently started seeing on the USPS website. This just means that the tracking info has not been updated on the USPS website but if you wait a few hours (up to 24 hours) it will eventually update with your current tracking info.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently not offering international shipping.

We would love to start shipping to Canada. If you’d like to place an order for Canada, please send us an email at hello@lovegiftco.com

We hope to add more shipping options in the near future.

What if I'm local, can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can! Let us know you’d like to pick up your order and we will send you a coupon code to discount the shipping.

What if I need gift boxes shipped to separate addresses?

Please purchase one gift box per order. You’ll want to place separate orders to make sure they are sent separately.

Please make sure to:

  • Update the shipping address at checkout. Your browser may autofill the address after your first order, so you want to remember to update the address for the next gift box.
  • If you forgot to change the address or if the address is incorrect on your order, please contact us ASAP at hello@lovegiftco.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not been processed/shipped.

Can I schedule my order to ship on a specific date?

We are now offer a “Ship Later” option on all gift boxes. Say goodbye to the worries of gifts selling out or forgetting important dates. With this option, you can purchase your gifts in advance, and we’ll handle the rest by shipping them closer to the specific date or holiday you choose. Imagine your friend’s birthday is just a few weeks away—why not secure your order today and avoid any last-minute forgetfulness? Stay ahead of the game and let us take care of timely gift delivery on your behalf!

You will see the option to type in a specific shipping date on the product page as you are filling out all the gift box info.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, and we do not allow cancellations, refunds or exchanges. We don’t think the recipient will want to return their awesome gift box anyway 😉

My order was returned to the Love Gift Co. What happens now?

Any packages returned to us by USPS with an error code resulting from a wrong address (unclaimed, no such number, insufficient address, etc.) are refunded within 1-2 days of receiving it, less a 15% restocking & labor fee. You will be notified via email & the return will appear in your account within 5-7 business days.

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipped directly to the recipient through USPS for a flat rate of $5 per gift box & $3.50 per mini gift box.
